Easiest Way To Make Dosa Batter & Crispy Dosa Restaurant Style.
This is a very easy dosa batter preparation and you can make tasty and crispy dosa !

You can easily make this Dosa Batter in a blender / mixer. 
Use as much batter needed and you can store the rest upto one week in the Fridge.




INGREDIENTS  -

Rice - One and Half Cup
Rice - 1 & 1/2 Cup
Urad Dal - Half Cup
Methi Seeds - Half Teaspoon
Poha / Flattened Rice - 1/4th Cup
Salt To Taste
Oil To Fry


PREPARATION  -

Wash all the Ingredients very well and soak for 10-12 Hours / Overnight.
After 12 Hours take a blender / mixer and blend to a smooth paste with very little water.
Repeat same process for the entire mixture.
Stir well and cover. keep for Fermentation for minimun 10-12 Hours.
After 12 Hours the batter will ferment nicely and will increase in volume.
Stir well.
Take as much batter needed and add little water and salt to taste. Mix well.
Heat a non stick tawa and add oil. Wipe the oil with a kitchen tissue.
** The tawa should be medium hot and not very hot while putting the batter.
Now add batter in the medium hot tawa and spread gently in circular motion and make it thin. Add drops of oil from top.
Cook till golden brown.
Fold carefully and serve Hot and Crispy Dosa with Cocomut Chutney or any other chutney of your choice..
